- The growth of the company and its employees must be seen as one and the same. The company must constantly provide opportunities for acquiring knowledge, attaining higher degrees, and improving job skills, while employees themselves must set goals beyond their limits and work actively and continuously. Without our customers' growth, we fail. Excessive greed sickens us, and wrongful acts will eliminate our jobs. - The level of a position is merely a measure of the extent of responsibility, and we are all equal as human beings. Leaders should set an example and help their subordinates develop, while subordinates should assist leaders in making the right decisions. When meeting, the person who sees the other first should show respect, regardless of position or age, and informal language should be avoided. Research, production, sales, and support departments are all equally important and should respect each other's work. - Our pursuit of continuous growth, primarily through eco-friendly products, is essential for the ongoing expansion of employment. By practicing honest tax payment, we contribute to society and create welfare funds for internal and external contributions, and engage in hands-on volunteering for 24 hours once a year. Ultimately, we aim to establish a welfare foundation, funded by the stock profits of the founders, company earnings, and employee donations. Through the welfare foundation, we will become beneficiaries and contributors to society.

- For the Vinna family's happiness and to become a propagator of happiness to the wider community, including local and national communities, the company's growth must continue, always centered on people. To this end, even if it involves some compulsion, we will conduct education, reading, exercise, and medical check-ups, providing fair opportunities for all employees to maximize their potential.
